Theragraph is an Alberta-based, physician-founded company building the next generation of clinical workflow intelligence tools for specialist physicians and pharma clients. We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager who can bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. This is a senior, high-ownership role where you'll operate as the connective tissue across engineering, design, operations, and the executive team, ensuring the entire organization is aligned, informed, and moving efficiently toward the same product vision.

What You Will Own



Serve as the glue between technical and business teams, ensuring clear communication, seamless execution, and high operational clarity. Maintain and continuously improve the company-wide product roadmap, ensuring visibility for all teams. Own JIRA and Confluence administration for the product organization, backlog grooming, sprint planning, documentation, release notes, and cross-functional workflows. Set and maintain effective cadence of sprint planning/scrum/daily standups Develop a deep understanding of all ongoing initiatives across the company and maintain a pulse on every project and deliverable. Participate in all major project meetings, providing structure, follow-ups, and alignment across engineering, clinical stakeholders, and leadership. Report directly to the CTO, acting as a right-hand partner in driving product strategy, execution, and delivery. Prepare and deliver structured progress reports in weekly executive meetings, communicating risks, blockers, timelines, and milestones. Ensure documentation, requirements, specifications, and decisions are always up-to-date and accessible. Champion product excellence by ensuring work across teams aligns with business priorities, clinical value, and go-to-market direction. Collaborate with Theragraph integration, security partners to ensure compliance across the business

What You Bring



7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS, data-driven platforms, and/or clinical/healthtech environments. Strong technical depth; you don't need to code, but you must deeply understand API-driven systems, integrations, data flows, and engineering processes, and be able to assess the quality of work being done. Proven experience owning JIRA + Confluence at an organizational level. Experience driving multiple parallel projects while maintaining clarity and structure. Comfort in early-stage, fast-moving environments where ambiguity is normal and cross-functional alignment is everything. Exceptional communication skills; written, verbal, and executive-facing. Strong decision-making instincts and the ability to operate with high ownership. Based in Edmonton, Alberta or willing to relocate (preference strongly given to Edmonton, Alberta candidates).
