The Electrical Engineering Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding project teams, ensuring technical excellence, and shaping successful project outcomes. This position is responsible for overseeing electrical design activities, providing expert-level insight, and serving as a trusted advisor to both internal leadership and external clients.

Review engineering drawings and project documentation, delivering clear, actionable comments to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project engineers and designers, fostering strong collaboration and elevating team performance. Advise the Project Manager and Director on project execution strategies, offering informed recommendations that support schedule, budget, and technical objectives. Participate in client meetings to present technical and commercial recommendations, helping shape solutions that align with client needs and project goals. Lead and contribute to electrical design efforts, ensuring robust, innovative, and efficient engineering solutions across all project phases.
