Advantage Accounting is looking for a

Senior Tax Accountant

to join our team in Windsor, Ontario. This is a

full-time, in-office role (not remote)

, ideal for professionals who have worked in a

public accounting firm

and have strong experience in

Canadian and U.S. personal tax returns

.

We are seeking a

CPA-designated accountant

who thrives in a client-focused environment, has excellent communication skills, and can confidently manage complex personal tax situations, including

cross-border filings

.

What You'll Do

Prepare and review

T1 personal tax returns

for individuals, professionals, self-employed clients, and high-net-worth individuals Manage

U.S. and cross-border personal tax filings

(1040, 1040NR, FBAR, etc.) Work directly with clients, providing tax advice and handling inquiries from tax authorities Mentor and support junior team members during tax season Stay current on Canadian and U.S. tax compliance requirements
What We're Looking For

CPA designation (required)

5+ years of experience

in a public accounting firm, with strong exposure to personal tax returns Experience with

cross-border and U.S. tax filings

(asset) Strong analytical skills, with excellent written and oral communication Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
