This Systems Integration and Engineering team provides process, integration and engineering solutions for technical problems of varying scope and complexity.

You will be responsible for performing specific technical tasks related to the subject area of systems engineering and integration, including:

• Managing and tracking of Mission Services/Systems of DIP DEVR\'s and INCIDENTS in HelpNow, facilitation and moderation of DR meetings and running DR scrubs.
• Discrepancy Report support in the form of metrics collection, trending, analysis, closures and status reporting.
• Coordinate modification records for Configuration Management control. Review and analyze release engineering change data and coordinate change package documentation with Systems Engineering and Quality Engineering to ensure strict compliance with CBL maintenance and change control practices. Ensure that customer requirements are implemented and review change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies and processes.
• Write Configuration Management (CM) Plans and Procedures, and in maintaining the Configuration Management Tool (CMT) and the Joint Multi-Access RFC Tool (JSMART) tool change procedures, processes, and documentation mechanisms to verify compliance with established CM practices and standards
• Participate in and support Engineering Review Boards (ERBs), requirements review and definition, schedule updates, ConOp review and hands-on integration
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for site and enterprise processes and be able to work through integration efforts with other segments at the facility and across the enterprise.
• Produce and review technical documentation, Operating Instructions, Concept of Operations, System Integration Plans and Requests for Change.
• Working at a customer facility requires exceptional communication and the ability to work a variety of efforts in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. The position requires effective information exchange across a multi-location enterprise, with customer visibility into the team\'s actions and response.
• You will work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary, multi-contractor team and demonstrate initiative as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Authority on site system integration and system engineering processes to actively take the lead in

o following site and enterprise systems engineering processes and practices;
o evaluation of end user/operational needs and translation to formal requirements
o identifying efficiencies and leading/participating in engineering process improvement activities.
o Management and Execution of special technical, engineering, integration and CM related activities and projects to include planning, oversight and status reporting; working closely with customers & stakeholders to integrate new systems, missions and processes into the day to day activities.
o Technical coordination and execution of tasks that may support various engineering and CM areas of responsibility such as configuration management, organizational change, performance assessment, engineering analysis

Basic Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI or comparable clearance
• Applicant must be a proficient communicator to all skill levels, be able to respond effectively to changing situations, and be able to properly prioritize, status, and work multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated and able to work under general supervision with the ability to function effectively in a rapidly changing environment with minimal supervision is necessary; adaptable to a wide variety of tasks.
• Strong organizational skills to include project planning and scheduling, project team leadership and requirements management and satisfaction to effectively analyze complex issues, conduct analysis and apply problem solving skills in a team environment.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Security Clearance Information

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
