The Government Client is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable I&IT solutions within a complex enterprise environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Must Haves:
10+ years of systems analysis and design in large-scale environments
Proven experience delivering system architecture and design documents
Expertise in database modeling (logical, physical, and conceptual) and SQL scripting
Strong development experience in Java (required) and Angular
Excellent verbal and presentation communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Lead system architecture, design, and feasibility analysis for end-to-end IT solutions
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs
Oversee development, testing, integration, and deployment of applications through the SDLC
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams, ensuring quality and alignment with project goals
Evaluate software/hardware solutions, recommend improvements, and support post-implementation efforts
Guide documentation, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
This is a pivotal role in delivering secure, efficient, and high-performing systems to support public sector service delivery across Ontario.
