The lululemon's Upstream Supply Chain Technology team enables lululemon's supply chain from raw materials to finished good production through innovative technology solutions. A day in the life:



As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency and scalability in lululemon's upstream supply chain. You will focus on systems supporting supply planning, vendor allocation, purchasing models, and PO management, aligning our systems and processes with industry-leading practices. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in retail supply chain operations and technology, paired with a passion for delivering impactful solutions.



Key Responsibilities:



The Senior Systems Analyst analyzes technology systems and related processes to identify and design improvements. Coordinates with engineering/systems team to develop the most cost-effective solution on complex, high-impact efforts.



Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications. Define minimum feature sets, acceptance criteria, and lead UAT planning and execution. Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements to performance and scalability. Support strategic vendor allocation, Supply Planning and PO lifecycle management. Lead and participate in solution design discussions and impact assessments. Configure application components and support system implementation activities. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot cross-application issues. Applies in depth knowledge of applications to drive resolution of cross-application troubleshooting or problem-solving across teams and systems Document solutions and update technical specs based on testing outcomes. Partner with Product owners and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional needs. Support the deployment, availability, and operational readiness of applications. Champion data standards, governance, and best practices. Applies in depth knowledge of applications to drive resolution of cross-application troubleshooting or problem-solving across teams and systems Supports communication for application/system deployment Works to ensure application availability and SLAs for operational readiness Has keen sense of ownership with the ability to drive clarity in complex and ambiguous scenarios. Proficient with systems-thinking and able to articulate them to various groups across the organization. Provides technical oversight and guides teams to resolve complex and severe technical issues. Supports one or more moderately to complex business processes. Champions best practices around data standards, policies, and procedures. Serves as a team member, sometimes as a technical lead, sometimes as a business analyst. Leads end-to-end testing as a SME and supports business stakeholders during UAT.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent 5+ years as Systems or Business Analyst; 10+ years in IT; Experience creating technical specifications and documentation for large, complex projects Knowledge of various project lifecycle methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.) Proven experience with application configuration Proven experience with system/application implementation Experience with SaaS implementation. Knowledge of SQL scripts for analysis and reporting (SQL). Experience working with supply chain platforms such as E2open, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Oracle SCM or similar systems is required. Working experience with cloud platforms namely AWS. Agile work experience using automated technologies and tools including JIRA, ServiceNow, and PagerDuty.

Utilize E2Open platform or similar platform capabilities to integrate data, monitor performance, and enable informed, data?driven decision?making.

compensation and benefits package



lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team?performance. The?typical hiring range for this position is from?$123,500-$154,000,000?annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
