The team:
Our Tangerine team manages the technology & computer infrastructure that drives Tangerine\'s business systems. This includes End-User Technical Support, Voice & Data Communications, Business & Web Applications, and Strategic Technical Planning.
The role:
Reporting to the Manager, Technical Support and Services, Applications, you are responsible for the implementation, administration, and technical support of Tangerine\'s Wintel Active Directory environment from an installed applications perspective. You will combine solid technical knowledge, a strong analytical skill and hands-on working experience in the administration and support of the Windows platform, while maintaining a highly secure, reliable, and optimized operating environment.
In addition, you are responsible to implement, upgrade, administer and update/patch the server applications regularly. As well, responsible for vulnerability management on Windows Servers and keeping systems well updated on security and other patches & configure changes regularly.
