Senior System Engineer

We are currently seeking a qualified Senior System Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

Design closed-loop control systems for thermal mechanical applications Develop simulation models of ECS and related systems Create and manage hardware and software requirements specifications Conduct hardware, software, and system integration testing Author system verification plans and procedures Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration and compliance Provide engineering support at internal and external customer sites Deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical, Systems Design, Aerospace, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in requirements management and closed-loop control design Minimum 3 years of experience with DOORS or MATLAB

Preferred Skills

Minimum 3-5 years of aerospace industry experience Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermal system controls Proven experience in ECS hardware/software requirement development and integration Familiarity with major aircraft OEM development standards Experience with DFSS/Six Sigma and Integrated Product Development Systems Effective problem-solving and organizational skills Strong communication, listening, and negotiation abilities Knowledge of DO-178C, DO-331, ARP4754, and ARP4761 * 5+ years of experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments is an asset
