Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior System Design & Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales skills and a proven track record in leveraging those skills to be able to expand our market presence and build lasting customer relationships. The role will also provide the opportunity to mentor and coach junior sales staff.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct negotiations to close deals that align with company goals and client needs
Develop tailored sales strategies leveraging marketing insights and analysis skills
Present product solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating technical knowledge and value propositions
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for business development
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales, business development and account management
Strong negotiation skills with a history of closing complex deals
Background in technology sales or technical sales preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms is highly desirable
Demonstrated success in marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships

Compensation
Base plus commission range from $64.000- $94,000+
