Job Summary:
The Senior System Analyst will be responsible for guiding businesses in improving processes, eliciting and analyzing requirements, and documenting business processes to support the implementation of new technical solutions. The role involves working with Oracle Fusion Cloud products, assessing the impacts and risks of customization, and developing operational procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Eliciting and analyzing business requirements.
- Documenting existing business processes and developing new business processes.
- Coordinating and facilitating workshops to elicit requirements.
- Implementing technical solutions in an operational environment.
- Documenting traceable requirements for testing, validation, and evaluation.
- Developing operational procedures, standards, and/or policies.
- Prioritizing assigned activities or tasks.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years of related experience OR a two-year College Diploma in a related discipline with 7+ years of related experience.
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience in requirements elicitation and analysis.
- 5+ years of experience with one or more Oracle Fusion Cloud products (Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Procurement, Enterprise Performance Management).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral).
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud in areas such as Human Resources, Procurement, or Finance.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
- Experience with Oracle Maintenance Cloud (OMC).
- Experience in assessing the impacts and risks of customization and configuration.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions in Human Resources, Finance, and/or Procurement.
- Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association (PMI-PBA, IIBA-CBAP).
- Excellent communication skills in French (written and oral).
