Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and direction for daily site operations on complex, large-scale projects.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff, holding all stakeholders accountable to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Work closely with project managers and senior leadership to develop and implement construction strategies.
Champion health, safety, and environmental standards across all site activities.
Conduct progress reviews, resolve critical challenges, and drive site performance.
Mentor, coach, and develop site teams, building future leadership capacity within the organization.
Candidate Profile
12+ years of progressive experience in construction, with a proven track record as a Site Superintendent on projects exceeding $100M.
Deep understanding of scheduling, logistics, contract administration, and risk management.
Demonstrated leadership presence, capable of inspiring and directing large, diverse teams.
Strong client-facing skills and ability to maintain confidence with owners and consultants.
Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
