Kassian Dyck seeks an accomplished Senior Structural Engineering Manager to enhance our management team

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

managing projects and company processes in a collaborative environment motivating and leading team members to align with the mission, vision, and values of the firm providing performance feedback and recognizing achievements of team members reviewing and checking engineering calculations prepared by others independently performing engineering calculations delegating, mentoring and providing guidance to engineers liaising and coordinating with clients as well as other team members client relations, marketing, and business development Responsible for project budget, schedule, and engineering
The successful candidate will possess the following:

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (M.Sc. is an asset) Fully licensed P.Eng. in Canada (preferably AB, BC, QC, PE is an asset) Exceptional organizational and English communication skills (verbal and written) Minimum of 15 years appropriate experience Good communication skills, will need to attend/chair client meetings (must have experience with client interactions) Experience in material handling structures (conveyors, crushing plants, storage facilities) Experience managing small team of engineers and technologists Strong technical knowledge and fully familiar with Canadian design codes and standards (US design code experience is an asset) Familiarity with present-day structural design and analysis software Ability to manage multiple priorities
This is an

in-office position

at our Calgary location and is not a work-from-home position.

Salary is in accordance with qualifications and experience, along with our firm's health care plan and RRSP package.

Pay: $135,000.00-$155,000.00 per year
