We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Strata Agent to join our team at Paradigm Property Management. This position is ideal for a licensed strata professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and manage a high-value, well-established portfolio with strong growth potential.
As a Senior Strata Agent, you'll take the lead in delivering exceptional service across all aspects of strata management -- from owner and council communications to maintenance coordination, financial administration, and regulatory compliance. You'll also work closely with our supportive management and administrative team, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a diverse portfolio of strata properties, ensuring full compliance with the Strata Property Act and related regulations.
Foster strong, professional relationships with strata councils, property owners, and contractors through responsive and transparent communication.
Oversee maintenance and capital projects, coordinating with trades and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality work.
Prepare and present budgets, financial reports, and meeting documentation with precision and clarity.
Lead and attend council and annual general meetings, providing expert guidance on strata governance and operational matters.
Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant strata records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Valid BCFSA Strata Management License (required).
Minimum 2 years of direct strata management experience.
Strong knowledge of the Strata Property Act, bylaws, and best practices.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
BC Driver's License and access to a vehicle considered an asset.
