Job Summary and requirements

- - Support on CN HCM capabilities document for Acquire Talent with TA Senior Management.

- - Troubleshoot CSOD Issues

- - Implement/Turn On new features in CSOD including:

o Working with HRIS team to define and create calculated fields for TA KPIs such as time to hire, time to offer, etc. in CSOD for easy reporting.

o Working on including salary/pay ranges for unionized positions in Cornerstone.

o Working on second part of the Application Workflow Template. Looking at process to identify any redundant steps and making all those steps mandatory to ensure consistency in process and reporting.

- - Supporting campaign spend/ad placement on LinkedIn/Indeed and with Radancy

- - Working on creating e-business cards for recruiters using dynamic QR codes.

- - Support sourcing of new technology enablement solutions for TA

- - Support on updating/monitoring TA Dashboards: Onboarding/TA Weekly Scorecard Dashboard/Applicant Dashboard/NEW KPI Dashboard in Tableau and Power BI

- - Sending and compiling hiring manager surveys in Qualtrics

The Senior Specialist must have a background in data analytics and be highly proficient in Excel, Tableau and Power BI. If they do not have experience in Cornerstone, they must be curious about learning how to work in the platform and discover and learn how to use other partner platforms and TA technology enhancements.

The Senior Specialist should have experience creating, monitoring and showing how to use various dashboards as well as analyzing data to inform decisions.

The Senior Specialist needs a service mindset with a willingness and ability to show others how to use and leverage TA tools.

Working Conditions

The role has standard working conditions in a flexible remote and office environment with a regular workweek from Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be able to meet tight deadlines.
