Keep reading to learn more! #LI-HybridSenior Specialist, Store Solutions, Brampton Head Office.We are looking for a collaborative and technical hands-on support Senior Specialist that will work in an Agile team environment and be tasked with supporting solutions for next-generation modern apps primarily interacting with Store applications and connected ecosystems. The right colleague is a strong problem solver, advanced communicator who engages with peers and comfortable presenting solution designs to technical and non-technical teams.As a Senior Specialist, Store Solutions you will be an integral part of the Stores Product Family on the Loblaw Technology and Analytics team. You will be involved in project initiatives that enable capabilities and efficiencies in the Store Application environment.What Youll Do:As a Senior Specialist, you will be immersing yourself in our latest and greatest initiatives, collaborating with our great business on fresh product forecasting and in-store signage designWork in collaboration with our vendors and lead the Loblaw Companies Limited application team for AccessVia (Lexmark), along with store users and business teams to analyze new enhancement capabilities, and support in resolution of issuesSupport applications (Periscope and AccessVia/Lexmark Publishing Platform) and solve infrastructure with other Loblaw Companies Limited support teams for Store Colleagues and Customers - ensuring application stability and resilienceDesign price label templates and build logic to support multiple price methods (sale, MOP, multi-buy, etc.); Coordinate updates for Store Flips: updating and performing scripts and store configurationsAd-hoc queries, data gathering and analysis depending on project needs; Coordination with QA on release functionality and environments for test case executionPartner with the PM and vendor teams for Backlog reviews, prioritize defects and support resolution where necessary to ensure that we adhere to our high-quality standardsPartner with architecture, security, privacy, development, quality assurance, data engineering, data governance, business intelligence and other multi-functional teamsServe as point of escalation with business partners, vendor, and technical teamsMajor Incident Support - Coverage and Review; including afterhours support; Ticket analysis and KBA management within Service Now, providing 3rd level support alongside vendor on issues as requiredWhat you Bring:You have strong Application support experienceUnderstanding or experience working in a diverse agile team using Agile principles with tools like JIRA & its modules in the ecosystem (e.g., Confluence)Demonstrated sense of accountability and capability to drive issues to closureAdvanced problem-solving techniquesPowerShell and SQL query experience is a nice to havePresent ideas in a clear and concise manner, tailor communication style and messaging to the audience; Excellent time management and prioritization skillsWhat Loblaw Offers YouWe offer flexibility and balance, and an environment that sets you up for success no matter where your workspace is located.Here, you will find a great team to help you achieve your goals as you help us achieve ours!
