ETL Developer
Location Canada
Primary Skills
Minimum 8 years of experience in IT or data management and analytics experience required
8 years of strong experience in Informatica power Centre
5 years of experience working on any relational databases like Oracle Teradata PostgreSQL etc
Strong SQL writing skills
Should have deep knowledge on performance tuning of ETL Job SQLs Partitioning Indexing and various other techniques
Strong Experience in Data warehousing concepts
Experience in Build and release planning
Should have exposure to understand the relationship between data and business outcomes and can focus on long term strategies for data
Must be able to identify any gaps in the business requirement and assist Business Analyst to rectify the gaps
Support high level end to end architecture design from business requirement for ODS Enterprise data warehouse type systems
Maintain reconciliation between systems to facilitate audit trail
Familiar with the Agile software development
Strong mentoring and coaching skills and ability to lead by example for junior team members
Outcome focused with strong decision making and critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
