Responsibilities

Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high standards of food preparation and service.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and food safety compliance.
Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe, sanitary manner following food handling guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to create new menu items and improve existing offerings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Manage kitchen supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
Requirements
Proven experience in a culinary role within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated team management skills.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and front-of-house staff.
