Core Drilling Corp. is looking for a

Sonic Driller

to operate a sonic equipment in Western Canada .

Salary range will range on years of experience and class drivers license

($38-$55/hr)

Daily Job Details:

Meet with clients to discuss sonic drill scope of work and tailgate safety meetings Stage sonic drill and supporting equipment (skid steer, cube van, tracked support, etc.) Operate equipment, recover core samples, install instrumentation, organize/supervise staff including driller's assistance and water truck drivers. Complete digital field tickets Project mobilization/demobilization Equipment inspections and daily maintenance requirements Out of town work pays a daily diem and individual hotels are provided.
Core Drilling services western Canada out of Calgary and Grande Prairie, AB. Additional sonic equipment may be dispatched from either office.

Other drills in our fleet include geotechnical drills; Diedrich D-120 Geotechnical Coring drill, Mobile B-59 Geotechnical Drill and CME 75HD Geotechnical Drill units.

We are looking for an individual that has a professional attitude and 5+ years of

sonic, geotechnical and coring

experience drilling, is competent in SPT sampling, hollow-stem or solid stem, and direct push and coring drilling methods.

Prequalification includes:

Class 1 with Air Brakes, H2S, First Aid, Ground Disturbance Level II, CSTS or PST, the ability to work in the field, A Terrasonic or Boart qualified driller is a preferred attribute.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00-$55.00 per hour
