for the next 12 months, you'll be the driving force behind our Mastercard initiatives, acting as the dedicated ecosystem coordinator. Your purpose will be to ignite scalable and efficient growth by orchestrating the end-to-end execution of our Mastercard strategy across all channels. This means you'll be at the heart of our efforts to attract, deepen, and retain Mastercard relationships, all while embodying ATB's commitment to customer obsession and transformation. Accountabilities
The role coordinates the key strategic areas of the Everyday Financial Services (EFS) Mastercard strategy:
Orchestration and Ecosystem Enablement
Lead the charge in coordinating and executing project activities that fuel our EFS Mastercard plan. You'll be a master networker, building strong relationships across the EFS Mastercard Mission Team and key Areas of Expertise (AOEs), including Product, Finance, Enablement, Technology, Risk, Marketing, Learning & Development, and Team Member Engagement.
Become the go-to expert on the Mastercard portfolio, empowering our EFS partner ecosystem and Mastercard Mission Team with deep product understanding that seamlessly aligns with our overarching strategy and tactics.
Strategic Channel Optimization
Unleash your deep understanding of ATB's unique value proposition to craft and deliver tailored Mastercard solutions that truly resonate with our clients' needs.
Collaborate with EFS partners to champion team member development programs within our branch network, equipping our team with the confidence to position Mastercard as the ultimate solution.
Drive the execution of our digital card acquisition strategy, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure digital tactics translate into powerful business performance.
Join forces with EFS enablement to meticulously analyze client, sales, and utilization data, uncovering patterns, advocating for optimization, and recommending innovative solutions that ignite revenue and balance growth.
Performance and Reporting
Partner with EFS Performance to meticulously track, analyze, and report on crucial key performance indicators. Your focus will be on driving volume and velocity, including New Sales, Direct Contribution, Average Card Balance, and In-Branch Sales/FTE/Month.
Shape the future by developing compelling project framing, championing business case development for investment asks, and proactively managing initiative-level risks while ensuring unwavering adherence to compliance requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Education and Accreditation
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is highly desirable, providing a strong foundation for success in this dynamic role.
3-5 years of relevant experience and a senior-level understanding of retail and business banking credit card solutions, demonstrating a proven track record in this critical area.

Workplace Arrangement
