Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer, specializing in Workday integrations and supporting a recent transition to Workday VMS. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and reliable software solutions that connect Workday with internal and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using Workday Studio, EIBs, Cloud Connect, and REST/SOAP APIs. Develop and maintain custom reports, workflows, and automations within Workday. Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures, ensuring high system reliability and performance. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes following Agile/Scrum methodologies. Document technical designs, integration flows, and support procedures

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on Workday integrations. Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, and Workday Core HCM. Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or C#. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar incident management tools is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
