Job Description

As a member of the team, your responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain front-end web framework features using JavaScript/TypeScript. Drive architectural changes by profiling and improving UX performance and front-end architecture, in collaboration with design and leadership, leveraging AI-powered learning platforms and tools. Invest in the growth of an inclusive and capable environment by mentoring and training team members within the team and across the organization. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Experience in JavaScript and/or TypeScript, with experience in front-end development and testing using frameworks like React. --- Familiarity with accessibility-focused software development patterns and a commitment to inclusive design using web technologies. Dynamic problem-solving, debugging, communication, continuous learning, and critical thinking skills, with a focused sense of customer empathy. Experience with agile project management methodologies and a passion for using AI to improve team collaboration, code reliability, and customer outcomes.
