Responsibilities
Implement efficient patterns to call dependent services, leverage a distributed cache like Redis.
Implement high availability, resiliency patterns like Circuit Breaker, Retry, Fallback, Bulkhead Isolation, Throttling among others.
Own and operate services of massive scale.
Reuse existing open-source libraries and build new libraries of services and best practices for other teams to leverage.
Perform live site/dev ops engineering for services with top notch monitoring, dashboards, and troubleshooting guides.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
+ OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of C# and .NET software development experience

Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Computer Science
+ OR related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Experience with LLM application development
+ Experience with cloud computing / Azure / AWS / GCP / Kubernetes.
+ Experience with Agile/Scrum/Lean Methodology
