Position Overview

Are you a seasoned React Native Engineer with a passion for building cutting-edge hybrid applications? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and possess a relentless drive to create exceptional user experiences? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

As a Senior React Native Engineer in our hybrid development team, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our cross-platform mobile applications. Your expertise will contribute to the development and enhancement of our flagship product, ensuring it delivers a seamless and responsive experience to users across multiple platforms. We build complex, globally distributed systems leveraging React Native, Laravel, Postgres, Redis, Elasticsearch, and Vue.

Common responsibilities will include:

• Design and develop high-quality, efficient, and scalable hybrid mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate closely with the product management team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the end-to-end development process, from architectural design to implementation and deployment, ensuring the best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Optimize application performance to deliver lightning-fast user experiences, leveraging your deep understanding of React Native and JavaScript frameworks.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in the mobile development space, advocating for their adoption when appropriate.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand and enhance user engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in mobile application development, with a focus on hybrid solutions using React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its modern frameworks, including React and Redux.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth understanding of hybrid mobile app architecture and the ability to make architectural decisions to optimize performance and scalability.
• Solid knowledge of mobile app development best practices, user interface design principles, and mobile security protocols.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically, providing innovative solutions to technical challenges.
• Proficiency in English: Demonstrated ability to communicate fluently and confidently in English, both verbally and in writing
• Bonus: Familiarity with native mobile app development (Android/iOS) and the ability to contribute to native modules when required.
