We're looking for an experienced
Senior C# Engineer
to join our team and help build a distributed, modern application stack that bridges cloud services, on-prem devices, and user-facing applications. This is a hands-on engineering role with a wide scope and plenty of room to shape technical direction.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development
: Design, build, and maintain scalable software systems (front-end, back-end, APIs, and infrastructure)
Architecture & Design
: Contribute to system design decisions, scalability strategies, and technical roadmaps
Product Collaboration
: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to rapidly prototype and deliver features
Code Quality
: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while mentoring junior engineers
DevOps & Deployment
: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and monitoring systems
Innovation
: Drive experimentation with new technologies, frameworks, and architectures suitable for rapid scaling
Problem Solving
: Tackle performance bottlenecks, system reliability issues, and technical debt proactively.
Qualifications
Experience:
5-8+ years of professional software development, ideally including startup or high-growth environments
Languages:
Proficiency in C#/.NET or Java
Frameworks:
Familiarity with frameworks such as React, Blazor, ASP.NET, Avalonia or similar. Microsoft Aspire, Microsoft Orleans, and/or message bus architecture a plus
Operating Systems:
Knowledge of Windows and Linux
Cloud & Infrastructure:
Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)
Databases:
Knowledge of MongoDB
Collaboration
: Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Mindset:
Comfortable with ambiguity, fast pivots, and high ownership
