The Role: Senior Frontend Engineer
Our client is building an intelligent finance and banking platform for ecommerce.
About this role
As one of the first engineers, you will play a critical role in architecting the code base. You will partner with other engineers and designers to build out the first products for our customers. You will own development end-to-end\xe2\x80\x94taking ideas from customers, scoping, building, testing, shipping to production, getting feedback, and iterating. - Love building and delivering high-quality consumer-grade experiences
- Don\'t easily give up in the face of ambiguity. You realize work is not always structured at startups and don\'t shy away from independently charting your own path
- Enjoy writing maintainable and good quality code, and know what\'s the right balance between shipping and tackling tech debt
- Want to be a part in building out the engineering team, company culture, and processes
- Proficient in frontend development but at the same time able to work across the stack when necessary
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in professional software development. Bonus if you\'ve worked in small teams
- Previously owned technically challenging cross-functional projects
- Understanding (or interest in learning) basic financial concepts as applied to small-medium businesses
- Demonstrated ability to make tradeoffs in functionality and scope to ensure a clean, intuitive design
Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 base + equity
