The Team

Enterprise Capital Management Solutions (ECMS) works in partnership with Global Finance and Risk Technology to deliver the insights and technology solutions for analyzing and managing credit, asset/liability, liquidity risk and Regulatory Capital initiatives. We are a diverse team of experts in technology, data modeling, reporting, analytics, and innovation.

The Role

  • We are looking to fill our team with influencers, makers, and creators who are flexible, curious, versatile, and responsive and who are ready to roll up their sleeves in a collaborative and productive environment to get things done.
  • As a SME, who will collaborate across the teams, learn to develop technical solutions and strategies for our applications and building detail technical designs, deployment & implementation patterns.
  • You will gather and refine business requirements and transform them into concise technical specifications, assess and analyze business strategy & requirements, working on breaking-down and estimating tasks.
  • By joining our team, you will make an impact on the data quality, integrity, and security for the banks critical reporting platform.
Some of the key accountabilities include:
  • Work on various initiatives and support the business strategies to help modernize and enhance the Bank\'s Capital Reporting capabilities.
  • Work with Business lines to understand credit risk data, provide meaningful insights and help with implementations. Effective analysis, design, development, and delivery of high reliability applications which utilized different technology stacks.
  • Maintain an awareness of emerging trends and best practices in Technology and Solution designs, to ensure we provide best client experience and quick solution. Leading and driving a customer focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Have strategic vision and is skilled at bringing together the ideas and innovation that inspires and creates great enterprise level risk and capital solutions.
  • Develop and provide a range of management reports/metrics, using data to drive decisions, Analyses trends from data & provide value-added solutions to operational problems.
  • Be hands-on day-to-day, working with a team of developers and business analysts. This role will be an expert in design and development of reusable components with proficiency in Microsoft Technologies, PowerBI, Python, R, Java, ETL, Batch Automation, Power Shell Scripting and SQL Server.
  • Proficiency with server-side languages such as Java, Python, PHP and .Net.
  • Experience with API creation and using REST APIs, including JSON and XML APIs.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting vendor product Adenza / Axiom Controller View is desirable.
  • Additionally familiar with Data Integration, Security and Management; Workflow Automation and Operational Support.
  • Develop technical solutions and strategies for software applications and building detailed technical design, deployment & implementation patterns. Work on design sessions focused on scalability and design; and implement best practices.
  • Our team is a high performing, flexible and fast - you will be asked to engage in resolving production issues, bug fixes and enhancements.
What You Will Bring to Succeed
  • 7-10 years of application development and support experience at a financial/banking institution.
  • In-depth knowledge of various technologies, data structures, algorithms, software design and core programming concepts.
  • Good experience with Software design, coding, debugging and deployments, (including ACCP/Jenkins pipeline).
  • Strong relational database programming knowledge is required.
  • Strong diagnostic skills followed by good ability to evaluate options/alternatives and develop solutions/recommendations for solutions to complex and multi-dimensional problems/issues.
  • Tenacity, resourceful, flexible, and adaptable taking initiative, to see areas where changes are needed take charge to make changes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written and presentation) to effectively liaise with business users, vendors, other departments, and members of project team.
  • Effective time management and organization skills with the ability to use diplomacy, judgment, and persuasion to secure agreement and cooperation.
  • Experience within a large, complex, global financial organizations would be considered an asset.
