Senior Software Engineer
Remote
Meridia Recruitment Solutions has partnered with ClearyX, an innovative technology leader in the legal space, on their search for a Senior Software Engineer to join their team. This position will be fully remote.
The Senior Software Engineer will support the development of platforms and programs to enhance the delivery of legal services by using technology and process automation to improve efficiency and quality. Working with their technology and operations team, the individual in this role will be expected to leverage existing tools and new technologies to craft innovative legal service solutions. We are seeking candidates with experience in a professional services environment, who demonstrate enthusiasm for redesigning and automating legal work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contributing to new product development initiatives.
• Working alongside a team of developers to address complex problems and deliver innovative solutions for clients.
• Utilizing a diverse range of technologies, continuously learning, and challenging yourself.
• Engaging in various projects and working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Serving as a technical stakeholder across multiple projects within your area of expertise.
• Identifying and resolving major technical obstacles to unlock product opportunities.
• Sharing knowledge and learning from peers by providing constructive feedback and embracing feedback for personal growth.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to establish trust-based relationships.
• Strong track record of mentoring others in software development, especially within an Agile framework.
• Proven experience in software development
• A broad range of knowledge to support your team in tackling complex technical challenges.
• Experience developing AI-powered applications, including familiarity with integrating large language models, machine learning frameworks, or other AI-driven features into production environments.
• Experience building web applications with preference for expertise in React and NextJS
• Proficiency in backend development using Go (Golang), with the ability to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance services and APIs.
• Quick adaptability to new technologies and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing environment, including working with distributed teams and clients.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative to solve problem
