is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to work on Curate, an assortment optimization solution for retailers and consumer packaged goods manufacturers. Curate is an AI enabled application powered by a variety of different models. In this role you will work alongside machine learning engineers, data engineers, software engineers, and industry experts to develop industry leading technology with industry leading accuracy.Requirements
A four-year university degree from a recognized institution in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics At least 5 years of experience developing software in a professional capacity Professional experience with Rust, C++, Go Professional experience with React, Angular, Vue in TypeScript Exposure to Kubernetes, Istio, Prometheus, Grafana, Docker Previous experience working in a distributed organization, with teammates in multiple time zones. An understanding of the importance of, and skills in documentation and asynchronous communication Experience in an on-call rotation, responding to and investigating issues, using and maintaining runbooks, and documenting RCAs Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Nice to Have
Experience in grocery retail or CPG Experience developing agentic systems including RAG, tools Experience working in a monorepo environment
