• Increase the capabilities, performance, scalability and reliability of the XRP ledger.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from sculpting technical vision and software design to unit, performance and integration testing
• Be part of the extended XRP ledger community, continuously raising the standards of engineering excellence by fostering best practices for coding, testing, and deployment

WHAT WE\xe2\x80\x99RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in backend and/or distributed systems development.
• Experience working with modern C++, with an eye towards simplicity and enabling faster development
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Computer Science or similar and 5+years of hands on Software Development experience.
• You are excited about blockchains, the technical details and the potential benefits.
• Ability to learn new technologies and languages quickly.
• Ability to independently solve complex problems with creative solutions.
