Our Privacy Analytics Platform utilizes is at the cutting edge of technology employing scalable, distributed enterprise engine that processes terabytes of data to conduct both mathematical calculations and data transformations.Our Engineering team is growing, and with this growth comes opportunity for a strong Senior Software Development Manger to join and lead some of the best people in an engaging, friendly and fun environment.Responsibilities will include:Lead an engineering software development team in an Agile environmentHelp shape the product roadmap for new Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products and existing commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), in collaboration with Product Management and clientsDrive the technical product roadmap for existing and new products, in collaboration with Product ManagementCollaborate with Consulting Services to deliver to internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with engineering architects, quality assurance, support, DevOps in release planning and execution, delivering high quality, on schedule and on budgetHire, manage, motivate, grow, and retain some of the best talent in the industryContinuously look for improvement opportunities through a consultative and empowering approach with teamsAs a strong and articulate communicator, you will provide crisp updates to management, stakeholder, as well as regular team-wide communication to inform, inspire and consultOur ideal candidate has:

• 10+ years in the Software Engineering industry

• 5+ years managing diverse, cross-functional, high-performance teams (10+ people), including off-shore teams

• 5+ years experience working on creating machine learning algorithms

• Strong problem-solving skill and can-do attitude, laser-focused on client success

• Deep and broad experience in Enterprise/Server technologies and SaaS cloud solutions

• A practical, team-oriented approach

• Strong communication skills, capable of modulating messages to various audiences and stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple product development teams concurrently

• Meticulous attention to detail

• A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or a closely related educational background;

• Strong ability to converse at a sufficient level of depth in several of the following areas would be considered very strong assets:
