The B2B Fulfillment team is responsible for the core fulfillment software platforms enabling successes of Canadian small, medium and large businesses. You\'ll be leading and transforming our software development practice by employing your expertise and knowledge in telecommunications and out of box yet pragmatic approach addressing business problems. Your strong acumen and in-depth hands-on technical expertise in software engineering, stakeholder management, Agile practice and DevOps will help to shape the future of TELUS and what that means for our customers.

You are a versatile technical lead who works comfortably with cross functional business stakeholders, technical SME\'s, vendors and leadership teams and delivers our ambitious goals.

Here\'s how

• Own, drive & deliver software from concept to live production
• Lead assessment by working directly with project managers, business and technical teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, technical SMEs and vendors throughout delivery cycles to achieve best business outcomes
• Drive operational excellence though identify, baseline, track and improve continuously operational KPI and metrics
• Lead or participate production issue resolution timely whenever applicable

Qualifications

You\'re the missing piece of the puzzle

• Recognized for your effective technical leadership in large and complex cross-functional projects, and in-depth technical skills and experience in OOAD (e.g. Java), React, NodeJS, rational db/SQL, and etc., telco experience is a plus
• Known for your excellent presentation and communication skills including your confidence in engaging a broad set of stakeholders and collaborating with all levels of the leadership team
• Appreciated for your curiosity and willingness to step up to unknowns or uncomfortable areas
• Practiced knowledge and experience in Cloud environment (e.g. GCP)
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable

Great-to-haves

• Previous Netcracker project/product working knowledge/experience is a huge plus
• GCP training and/or certificate
