Our client is seeking a Senior Software Developer
Key Deliverable for Senior Software Developer:
Product Requirements: Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for Dynamics 365 Customer Experience, Power Platform, and Azure-based solutions. Design Dataverse models, integration patterns, and custom components using .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
Product Delivery: Develop and configure Dynamics 365 applications, including Customer Service Workspace, case management, and knowledge management. Implement low-code and custom solutions, build RESTful APIs, and deliver secure integrations leveraging Azure services, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
Prioritization: Manage multiple tasks in Agile environments, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Apply best practices for interoperability, security, and performance optimization across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC. Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and provide clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must Have:
Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power platform, and Azure solution design
Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologies
Working knowledge of both low code development and custom development on Dynamics 365
Extensive experience developing in Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (case management, Knowledge Management, Customer Service Workspace configuration)
Ex. with Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines etc.
