Our Government Client is seeking a Senior Software Developer with deep expertise in DevOps and production support to maintain and enhance the performance, reliability, and scalability of cloud-based systems. This role involves hands-on development, automation, and collaboration across teams to drive operational excellence.

Must Haves:
Proven DevOps specialist in production support, focused on system reliability, automation, and continuous improvement
Strong experience with Incident Response & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including security, scaling, and networking
Expertise in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and automated recovery
Proficiency in monitoring, observability, and performance tuning
Strong collaborator with a focus on postmortems, fixes, and architectural enhancements
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, automate deployment processes, develop containerized microservices using Spring Boot, JEE, APIs, and modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular), and support system monitoring, documentation, and production operations.
This is a high-impact role supporting critical cloud systems for Ontario's public services.
