The kind of work you\'d be doing:

• Face exciting, out of the box challenges on a daily basis
• Working on all levels of the code base while applying your creativity and pragmatism
• Creating web applications using primarily Ruby on Rails
• Implement web interfaces using XHTML, CSS and Javascript
• Working closely with our product and design teams to define feature specifications
• Working closely with operations and infrastructure to build and scale back-end services
• Building something that dramatically improves patient care in Canada
• Mentoring junior staff in an innovative and fast-paced environment

Ideal qualifications*:

• Minimum of 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with Ruby on Rails
• Minimum of 5+ years\' experience with Software Development
• Experience working with AngularJS and/or ReactJS
• 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 relational DB experience \xe2\x80\x93 MySQL and/or PostgreSQL preferred
• Javascript, HTML/CSS
• API design and strong documentation skills
• HTML 5/CSS 3 and responsive design knowledge would be considered a plus
• Experience with Git/Github as a version control tool
• Experience with the TDD process
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering
