As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing and maintaining innovative software solutions.   • Design, develop and maintain custom web applications.
  • Offer expert-level guidance and support to developers, helping them overcome challenges and optimize their coding practices.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintaining code quality.
  • Collaborate with the team to design robust and scalable architectures for complex web applications, taking into account performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Stay in tune with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, encouraging the team to explore and implement innovative solutions.
  • Address conflicts or roadblocks within the team, promoting a positive and cooperative atmosphere

Suggested Qualifications/Experience:
  • Professional work experience as a web developer, full-stack developer, software developer, software engineer, or similar role.
  • Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
The expected base salary range for a new hire in this role is listed below. The annualized base salary offered is determined by each candidate\'s relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience. It is aligned to ensure both internal and external competitiveness using market data for the geographic location and industry.
