Our client is seeking a Senior Software Developer - Back End
Key Deliverables:
Product Requirements & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow ITOM solutions with a focus on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB. Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and ensure timely delivery aligned with stakeholder expectations.
Prioritization: Effectively manage competing demands by prioritizing features and enhancements that drive CMDB health, CSDM alignment, and ITOM process improvements. Use data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback to guide decision-making and backlog grooming.
Collaboration: Serve as a strategic liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and governance boards. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements, validate use cases, and ensure alignment across all parties.
Analysis & Validation: Apply over 5 years of Business Analyst experience in ServiceNow ITOM to analyze complex systems, document user stories, and validate solutions against business objectives. Ensure continuous improvement through iterative feedback and performance metrics.
Communication: Deliver clear, concise, and impactful communication across all levels of the organization to support transparency, alignment, and successful implementation of ITOM initiatives.
Must Haves:
5+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
5+ years Strong understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB processes.
5+ years Proven ability to gather requirements, translate into stories/use cases, and validate with stakeholders.
5+ years' Experience with CMDB health, CSDM alignment, and ITOM process improvement.
Nice to Have:
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical teams, business stakeholders, and governance boards.
