POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist with expertise in AI Deep Learning and NLP to join our client\'s dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in advancing a AI-driven solution for managing and analyzing customer complaints. You will be responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art NLP models and techniques to extract valuable insights from unstructured textual data. Your contributions will directly impact our client\'s ability to provide actionable intelligence to their clients and improve customer experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- NLP Expertise: Apply practical experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, Gensim, and others, along with transformer and large language models, to address various NLP challenges. These include Information Extraction, text classification, summarization, generation, and sentiment analysis.
- Data-Centric AI: Demonstrate the ability to strike a balance between data-centric AI and model-centric AI approaches. Utilize data-driven insights to inform model development and enhance overall system performance.
- Research and Development: Stay at the forefront of NLP research by continuously exploring the latest advancements in the field. Contribute to the development of new algorithms, models, and techniques tailored to complaints and customer feedback analysis.
- Publication and Collaboration: Leverage your academic background and research skills to publish findings in relevant conferences, journals, or open-source NLP projects. Collaborate with other researchers and teams to foster innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Problem Solving: Tackle complex NLP challenges in the complaints domain, striving for creative and effective solutions that drive tangible business outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven track record of publications and contributions to relevant conferences, journals, or open-source NLP projects.
- Strong expertise in NLP libraries, transformers, and large language models.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Experience working with complaint data or customer feedback analysis is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
