Summary

In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support on services managed by the Scientific Support Operations team, facilitating tasks across multiple projects within Scientific Support and Systems.

You will play a key role in managing and facilitating the onboarding schedule for your Scientific Support colleagues (Representatives and Specialists), working as part of a dynamic team that will require you to have excellent and effective communication and collaboration skills. You\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99ll also provide backend support, regularly reviewing, maintaining, and updating the governance of programs and processes integral to business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the onboarding schedule of new Scientific Support Representatives and Specialists through collaboration with hiring managers, mentors, and other departmental stakeholders

Maintain and review Scientific Support Enablement processes and programs regularly to ensure they accurately reflect and support our business needs

Administer and maintain the scheduling for our Frontline Scientific Support team in collaboration with Scientific Support Management

Provide departmental administrative support for Senior Managers within the department in the form of meeting coordination, action item tracking, minute-taking, and other administrative tasks

Assist with the administration of the Scientific Support Enablement training\xc3\x82 programs and other ad-hoc projects as the role and team continue to evolve

Knowledge & Qualifications

Bachelor\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s, Masters, or Ph.D.\xc3\x82 degree in life sciences with 0-3 years of work experience, with previous project management and/or supervisory experience an asset

Knowledge of Google Suite with the ability and interest\xc3\x82 to learn new platforms, when required

Data analysis skills, and experience with Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Analytics is an asset\xc3\x82

Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) design, ideally Docebo

Excellent communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and critical thinking skills are required
