Throughout the world, men and women in our company are all committed to innovate and create value for our clients.About the ProjectCross Fraser Partnership (CFP) is a Bouygues Construction Canada Inc., Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas Canada Ltd., Pomerleau BC Inc. and Arcadis Canada Inc. general partnership that has been selected to collaboratively deliver a new, eight-lane immersed tube tunnel that will replace the existing George Massey Tunnel on Highway 99. The new tunnel will have three vehicle lanes and a dedicated transit lane in each direction, with a separated active transportation corridor for cyclists and pedestrians.Key Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Developing and maintaining detailed resource- and cost-loaded construction schedules for heavy civil construction projects.xc2xb7 Working with project teams to provide input for baseline schedule and monthly updates, while also maintaining open communication with them when delivery schedules change to allow them to manage their time more effectively.xc2xb7 Incorporating scope changes to the schedule.xc2xb7 Preparing schedule updates/revisions as well as monthly progress reports.xc2xb7 Monitoring project progress against baseline and providing delay and time impact analyses.xc2xb7 Supporting project teams with planning and scheduling during preconstruction, design, construction support, and construction phases.xc2xb7 Working with the Virtual Design team to develop 4D schedules.xc2xb7 May assist in leading junior staff through assignment tasks.xc2xb7 Reviewing purchase orders and subcontract schedule status and providing management with input on subcontract performance.xc2xb7 Responsible for assembling data for schedule updating.xc2xb7 Conducting and assisting in performance measurement and associated schedule trends.xc2xb7 Providing analysis of schedule data to identify key project issues.xc2xb7 Assisting in procedure development and implementation.xc2xb7 Updating and producing scheduling management reports.xc2xb7 Performing remedial schedule risk analysis.xc2xb7 Assisting in tracking corrective actions.Education and qualifications:xc2xb7 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience with at least 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in leading the integrated schedule development for a major capital construction project.xc2xb7 Rapid rail and transit scheduling experience including developing the schedule for tunneling activities and station construction is required.xc2xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of the organization.xc2xb7 Managing project schedule, coordinating with all construction teams, design, estimating, and procurement.xc2xb7 Significant Primavera P6 experience.xc2xb7 Experience developing P6 schedules for large transit rail systems.xc2xb7 Experience developing QSRA assessments in combination with the risk register.xc2xb7 Proven experience and ability in scheduling complex projects.xc2xb7 Strong knowledge of the xe2x80x9cEarned Value Managementxe2x80x9d principles.xc2xb7 Knowledge of SAP, Hard Dollar, PowerBI, Synchro and other project scheduling software.Why You Should Applyxc2xb7 Opportunity to work on an iconic infrastructure project in a professional and dynamic team of Canadian and international leaders in the field.xc2xb7 RRSP with 5% matchingxc2xb7 Career Advancement, training and education opportunitiesxc2xb7 Travel allowancexc2xb7 Minimum four weeks vacationThe expected salary range for this opportunity is $100,000 - $140,000.
