Job Description
As a key member of our consulting practice, you'll leverage your deep SAP Payroll knowledge to analyze complex business requirements, design integrated solutions, and drive successful implementations. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze
SAP Payroll
business requirements and propose innovative, integrated solutions. Apply expert configurations to theSAP Payroll
module. Interface directly with clients and collaborate with a team of functional and technical resources to ensure solutions are designed and implemented flawlessly. Provide coaching and mentorship to other team members, fostering their growth and development. Actively participate in and support business development activities, including RFPs and product demonstrations.What You Bring:
Minimum of
5 years of functional and configuration experience
in all areas ofSAP Payroll
. Experience with at least2 full life cycle SAP implementations
. Strong consulting and client relationship management skills. Ability to configure, present, and discussSAP Payroll best practices
and functionality. In-depth experience withCanadian business legislation
related to payroll. Excellentverbal and written communication skills
in both French and English (mandatory). Demonstrated leadership abilities. Advanced knowledge in otherSAP HCM modules
, including: Time Management, PA (Personnel Administration), PD (Personnel Development), OM (Organizational Management), Benefits, and ESS/MSS (Employee Self-Service/Manager Self-Service).Bonus Points For:
SAP HR Certification
SAP SuccessFactors Certification
Willingness to undertake occasional travel as required.Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $72.08-$77.07 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

8 hour shift
