We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales professional who can actively develop new business, manage key accounts, and consistently close deals. This role is ideal for a proven closer who thrives on performance-based rewards and long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify, develop, and close new B2B sales opportunities
Manage and grow existing accounts with a focus on repeat business
Present packaging solutions tailored to customer needs
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Track pipeline activity and sales performance
Qualifications
3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven closing record
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Comfortable managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and accountable for performance
Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
