Job Title: Senior Sales Director

Slalom Toronto is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our team of Sales Executives and drive strategic growth across key accounts, with a particular focus on Canada's leading financial institutions. This is a player-coach role--ideal for a leader who thrives in mentoring others while actively engaging in high-impact sales efforts.





What You'll Do



Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of Sales Executives, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development. Build and execute customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes in partnership with account and practice leaders. Develop and grow strategic relationships with senior executives across key accounts in the Ontario market. Drive new business development, including securing new MSAs and expanding Slalom's footprint across offerings and accounts. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering tailored solutions that align with their business goals and challenges. Leverage Slalom's sales platforms to manage forecasts, pipeline health, and strategic account planning. Collaborate cross-functionally with market leadership to shape go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment with Slalom's broader vision.

And, what will I bring?



15+ years of experience in solution sales and account management within consulting, professional services, or technology sectors. Proven success leading sales teams and mentoring sellers through complex technology sales cycles, including budgeting, procurement, and negotiations. Deep expertise in consultative, solution-based selling, with a strong track record of revenue growth and multimillion-dollar sales achievements. Extensive experience working with financial services clients, with a strong understanding of their business models, procurement processes, and technology ecosystems. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers. Experience developing and executing Go-To-Market strategies across key technology partners (AWS, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau). Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, with a passion for delivering value-driven solutions that exceed client expectations.

Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements
