$24-26/hour depending on experience

35-40 hours/week | Closed Sundays

Cabin Creek Supply is a locally owned hunting and fishing retailer serving our community since 2020. We are growing quickly, expanding our footprint, and building a store known for deep product knowledge, trust, and a first-class customer experience.

We're looking for a

steady, experienced individual

who knows firearms, hunting, and fishing and who enjoys working alongside a strong team on the sales floor. This is a

hands-on retail role

, not a desk / corporate position.

About the Role

You'll work closely with our store manager and team, helping customers confidently, keeping standards high, and ensuring the store runs smoothly day-to-day. If you're the type of person others naturally rely on, you'll feel at home at Cabin Creek.

What You'll Do

Confidently assist customers with firearms, ammunition, hunting, and fishing gear Provide a knowledgeable, calm, and professional in-store experience Help keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and presentable Support daily operations and contribute to a smooth-running store Step in during busy periods and help resolve customer issues when needed Work collaboratively with the store manager and staff

What We're Looking For

Valid

Firearms Possession and Acquisition License (PAL)

required Strong working knowledge of firearms, ammo, hunting, and fishing Retail experience preferred (outdoor retail strongly preferred) Comfortable working independently and making good judgment calls Reliable, level-headed, and professional with customers Available for

some Saturday shifts

Management or supervisory experience is an asset (but not required)
