Senior Roofing Sales Representative (Commercial) -- GTA, ON

Empire Roofing Corporation has served the industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors for 40+ years--and we're growing across the GTA. We're looking for a Senior Roofing Sales Rep (New Construction & Re-Roofing) who can deepen partnerships with general contractors, consultants, developers, and property managers--and keep the pipeline humming.

What you'll do

Prospect, qualify, and own a portfolio of high-value clients (GCs, consultants, developers, PMs) Track projects from pre-con to award: tenders, bids, walkthroughs, and handoff Partner with Estimators & PMs to ensure accurate scopes, pricing, and smooth delivery Build sticky relationships that lead to repeat re-roofing and new-build wins Maintain a healthy pipeline and hit revenue/margin targets in the GTA

What you bring

5+ years in commercial roofing/construction sales (TPO knowledge a big plus) Strong network with GCs/consultants and confidence working the tender process Sharp communication, follow-through, and deal discipline Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across the GTA
