In this role, you will be the face of Best Buy for everyone who visits our stores. - Help customers find the perfect product or service
- Process customers\xe2\x80\x99 purchases at the checkout
- Process returns, trade-ins and more at the customer service counter
- Ensure store is clean and bright and all products have appropriate tags
- Create an amazing customer experience while answering questions and sharing your enthusiasm for the latest and greatest tech
- Assist with training and mentoring team members
- 1+ years\xe2\x80\x99 retail experience in a customer service or retail sales associate role
- Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
