WEWELL is a next-generation longevity studio in Vancouver's Fairview neighborhood, combining

movement, recovery, nutrition, and mind-body practices

into a cohesive and personalized health experience. Our mission is to extend healthspan and reduce biological age through a proactive, data-informed, and human-centered approach.

With a newly renovated studio, cutting-edge tools, and an integrated team of experts across physiotherapy, fitness, Pilates, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, and more--we're creating a new standard for lifestyle transformation.

About the Role:



WEWELL is seeking a

Registered Dietitian or Clinical Nutritionist with at least 10 years of experience

designing evidence-based nutrition plans for weight loss, metabolic health, and long-term lifestyle change.

This is not a "meal plan" role. It's a leadership opportunity for a practitioner who:

Understands the

emotional, behavioral, and physiological challenges

of lifestyle transformation Can

create structured, science-backed nutrition strategies

that are clear, actionable, and personalized Takes full ownership of

accountability

as a core component of client success Uses

modern tools, lab data, technology, and performance-based nutrition products

Thrives in a

collaborative, multidisciplinary setting

Has a proactive mindset for

attracting, retaining, and supporting clients through nutrition


Responsibilities:



Conduct in-depth client assessments, including lifestyle habits, metabolic status, and health history Design customized weight loss and habit-change programs rooted in science and clinical experience Interpret or request

advanced lab panels

(hormones, metabolic markers, food sensitivities, etc.) to optimize nutrition strategies Provide ongoing coaching and accountability through check-ins, metrics, and behavior change frameworks Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, trainers, naturopaths, and other team members for integrated care Educate clients on nutrition literacy, supplement options, and meal timing strategies Stay on the forefront of science and technology--recommending new tools, platforms, or nutrition innovations Offer ideas and contribute to

marketing, workshops, or group programs

around nutrition Help shape client retention strategies through nutrition touchpoints and added-value services

Requirements:



Minimum

10 years of experience

as a Registered Dietitian or Clinical Nutritionist Proven track record of helping clients lose weight and sustain healthy lifestyle changes Strong understanding of lab diagnostics and the ability to create plans based on biomarker data Highly skilled in accountability coaching, motivational interviewing, and client follow-through Familiarity with modern nutrition technologies (apps, glucose monitors, food tracking, etc.) Curious, solution-oriented, and open to recommending internal WEWELL services and therapies Excellent communicator and collaborative team player

Pay: $70.00-$130.00 per hour
