WHAT YOULL DO

The teams expertise spans the residential, commercial, and institutional areas of construction and development. You will spend 100% of your time working with the best candidates in this sector such as Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Director of Construction, Development Coordinator, Development Manager and Directors and VPs of Construction. You will be empowered to build your own brand by creating a strong candidate network with a long view of placement.

Our team members are actively involved with industry associations including VRCA and UDI, making sure we are well connected, knowledgeable and engaged with the communities within construction management and development.

You will be a part of a team with years of experience. You will receive exceptional marketing and administrative support. Unlike other agencies, you will work towards results, not transactions. You wont just be making cold calls and you wont be bogged down with administrative paperwork. If you love recruitment, thats what youll do.

A LITTLE ABOUT YOU

Other requirements include:

• Minimum two (2) years working in a recruitment agency environment with 1.5+ years from the same company
• You work well under pressure and have proven experience dealing with individuals in a busy, fast-paced, dynamic environment
• You are autonomous, flexible and are a strong team player
• Recruitment experience in the construction, real estate, engineering or architecture sector is a strong asset but not required. Recruitment agency experience from another industry sector welcome!
