The Right Tools for the Job
5 years or more of recruitment experience with a degree, diploma, or certificate in Human Resources or a related field
Proven in-house recruitment expertise within a corporate environment, ideally supporting construction or related industries
Strong process-driven approach to talent acquisition, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the recruitment cycle
Hands-on experience with recruitment technology, especially SuccessFactors or similar applicant tracking systems
