Job Description


We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in working collaboratively with Data Engineers to test machine learning results. As a QA Engineer specializing in data and machine learning, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of our machine learning algorithms and data-driven systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both data engineering and machine learning processes, with a focus on developing and executing effective testing strategies. Responsibilities: Collaboration with Data Engineers:Work closely with Data Engineers to understand data pipelines and processing methods.
Collaborate on the testing of data transformation and cleansing processes. Machine Learning Testing:Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for machine learning models and algorithms.
Verify the accuracy of machine learning predictions and outcomes.
Validate the integration of machine learning models within data pipelines. Data Validation:Ensure the quality and integrity of data used in training and testing machine learning models.
Collaborate with Data Engineers to identify and address data quality issues. Automation for Machine Learning:Develop and maintain automated test scripts for validating machine learning outputs.
Integrate testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline for machine learning models. Performance Testing for Machine Learning:Collaborate with Data Engineers and Machine Learning Engineers to conduct performance testing of models.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks related to machine learning inference. Collaboration with Data Science Teams:Engage with Data Scientists to understand model requirements and expected outcomes.
Provide feedback on the feasibility and accuracy of machine learning models. Documentation:Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases, procedures, and machine learning model validations. Continuous Improvement:Actively participate in retrospectives to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Stay updated on industry best practices in machine learning testing and data quality assurance. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on testing machine learning models.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering processes and techniques.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with database management systems.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining automated test scripts for machine learning.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
