The ideal candidate can help tell stories cohesively and simply, has an acute eye for detail, and can manage multiple projects and priorities. This person will primarily spend their time:

• Managing projects and workflow for all assigned marketing tactics
• Coordinating with internal/external design teams and vendors to ensure project timelines are met
• Ensuring property marketing materials are up to date and organized appropriately across all JLL platforms

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with marketers, business partners and 3rd party vendors to gather/curate content and execute marketing tactics including brochure development email campaigns, social media engagement, websites, direct mail and events
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction from property marketing team
• Develop creative briefs to engage with Design Hub and partners
• Oversee photography and videography as needed to support assigned properties
• Develop and coordinate email campaigns through our marketing automation tool (Eloqua experience preferred)
• Build and maintain internal stakeholder and external vendor relationships
• Actively and regularly update contact/distribution lists
• Maintain portfolio of marketing deliverables and share best-in-class creative with network and JLL teams.
• Support broker open houses, including onsite staffing and management of outside vendors
• Offer support with special projects as needed and as time allows

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or commensurate experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 year in marketing and/or business development role \xe2\x80\x93 a fast-paced work environment preferred, or commensurate experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Adaptability \xe2\x80\x93 maintain effectiveness in varying environments and with various types of people
• Ability to multi-task and work on a variety of different projects/tasks at once
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills
• Team oriented; works well with others in a cross-functional way to get the job done
• Is a self-starter; able to start and complete projects independently
• Excellent written and oral communications; conveys ideas clearly and concisely
• Impeccable attention to detail; completes projects and tasks with thoroughness at each step
• Advanced Microsoft office product knowledge \xe2\x80\x93Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Adobe InDesign proficiency required
